The acquisition is to ensure that Ajua and RMS offer scalable, secure and reliable integrations with google, meta platforms, for easy customer and employee engagement across Africa and globally especially the caribbean

This move helps Ajua to position its personalized market-specific CX strategy to support businesses through its comprehensive suite of solutions to enables businesses to gather, analyse and act on customer feedbacks in real time
