Anka formerly Afrikrea has been acquired by U.S company Global Shop Group headed by the delectable Matilda Ceesay who is an astute fashion, apparel and strategy expert.
The acquisition of Anka Formerly Afrikrea by Global shop will ensure Global shop’s entry into the Africa fashion e-commerce market.
Matilda Ceesay says the team members and operations of Anka formerly Afrikrea remain unchanged however, its founders Moulaye, Abdoul Kadry Diallo and Luc Perussault-Diallo will step down from their roles, signifying a change in ownership and executive leadership.
This acquisition brings Anka’s payments and logistics to global shop’s diaspora market or creators/customers worldwide.
